Review of Organic Matcha- Green Tea Powder from Kiss Me Organics

I had been looking for something to add into my smoothies because my energy was lagging when I had a smoothie alone as a meal. When I saw the Kiss Me Organics Organic Matcha, I was excited and requested a free sample in exchange for a review! I didn't know what to expect because I am such a picky eater and I worried about the taste. My package arrived in a very short amount of time! I decided to test it out a few days before I shared my thoughts on it. Let me just say I LOVE IT! I didn't expect to like the taste but it actually makes my smoothies a little sweeter! It also blends into the smoothies with no clumps, unlike other products I have tried. I have noticed a huge boost in my energy and that has been super helpful since I have been trying to get all my holiday errands done. I also like the company's commitment to truly providing you with an organic product. I will definitely be ordering more when this package runs out!

I did a full detailed review on my YouTube channel you can watch by clicking here .

How to save TONS of money at back to school time!!!!!!!!

Okay parents, I may not have kids but as a former teacher I have a HUGE tip that can save you TONS! Unfortunately this tip won't help you for the upcoming school year - but put this into practice for this year, and next year your wallets will thank you!!!
So here is the big tip I used to share with my parents and friends with children: When shopping this year for school supplies grab the next grade's list too. So let's say your kiddo is going into 2nd grade - When the supply list comes out, grab the 3rd grade one (or if your school provides special lists ask for the next grade's) as well. Why on earth do you need this??? Because as soon as school starts, school supplies will go on clearance!!!! Then you just go to clearance sales with the list for next year and buy everything they need for dirt cheap!!!
Target is great with clearance but you need to check those sales often! They can go from 50% off to 90% in a week, so stay on top of it for really big savings. Sure the school might add or remove something from the list the following year but usually the core items always remain the same.  You might be wondering about how pens, markers and highlighters will hold up and I can assure you they hold up just fine! I would always buy my classroom supplies on clearance and make sure it was enough to last a year or more. I have not taught in over 3 years but my markers and highlighters and pens that I still have from my teaching days still work. So one year will not affect the quality!

Pawsicles For Healthy Tummies!

These pawsicles are great for dogs tummies! I had done some research on ways to help my dog naturally when she was diagnosed with a sensitive stomach by her vet. She would throw up often and it made me so sad to see her suffering with that. The vet put her on a medication but I was not happy with the idea of her being on it full time. I did research and found that pumpkin is natures miracle medicine when it come to dogs tummies! It treats both constipation and diarrhea! Amber was able to come off her medication and all she has to take now is a little bit of pumpkin a day which she loves and she NEVER vomits! Anytime my babies have any tummy issues pumpkin always makes them feel better!
Browsing pinterest I saw a recipe for frozen dog treats that had yogurt, peanut butter and baby food in it so I tried it out. My dogs loved it but I wanted to make it with pumpkin so it would be a beneficial treat for Amber and I wanted it to have a lot of yogurt too so that it would help my other dog Ralph with his yeast issues. Click Here  to read about the benefits of yogurt for dogs.
When making these treats there are 2 very important things you need to look for. The first is the pumpkin needs to just be pumpkin, usually the pie filling with spices and the plain pumpkin cans look similar. Look at the ingredients it should just say one word… pumpkin. The second important thing is the yogurt, always get plain there is no need for the extra sugars in fruit ones.  One alarming thing I read on pinterest was several recipes called for “light fruit” yogurt, that has the potential to be deadly to your pets. Click Here for more information about artificial sweeteners and pets.
The steps are pretty easy to figure out based on the photos but if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment! I get my silicone ice cube trays from the dollar section at Target they always have cute ones!!!!
Also please remember all things in moderation.  Amber is about 35 lbs and she get 1 pawsicles a day sometimes 2. Ralph is currently 94 lbs and gets 2 pawsicles a day sometimes 3.

Low Glycemic, Gluten Free, High Protein and Dairy Free Frozen Breakfast Burrito !

Hello everyone! It's been a while! If you keep up with my youtube channel you know I am currently trying to conceive while suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome. So I modified my diet to help my fertility and to lose all the weight I have gained for PCOS after going off birth control. I am still getting my bearings when it comes to a PCOS friendly diet. The hardest part for me is getting a good breakfast in when I wake up!!! Suffering from fibromyalgia makes it hard to cook first thing in the morning so I modified a process I previously used for basic frozen breakfast burritos to make it PCOS friendly. This would also be a great recipe for all my fibro friends once you cook it all you just wrap the burritos in foil then place them in a freezer bag and you're done 20 mornings of breakfast! Microwave them 1 minute and 30 seconds at a time until warm!

These burritos are Low Glycemic, Gluten Free, High Protein and Dairy Free.  I used uncured turkey bacon, 3/4 of a large white onion, one red pepper, one green pepper, 8 eggs, a splash of almond milk (to cut the eggs), 30 oz black beans drained and rinsed, 8 oz package of mushrooms, 20 gluten free wheat tortillas and I mix in 3 tablespoons of salsa at the end. Here is my process....
